Betty M. Helmer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2018, at the age of 91, Betty M. Helmer (Ilion, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Williams; her husband Leon; her son Michael; and her siblings, Helen Davis, Walter Williams and Clarence Williams.
She is survived by: her parent Laurel Williams (Hendrix); her siblings-in-law, June Clark and Vera Williams; her grandchildren, Leon (Skipper), Dawn, Annette, Matthew, Michael and Katelin; her friend Joanie Crim; and also Jake Clark. She is also survived by her three sons and their wives, Leon Helmer and Teddy, Gary Helmer, Kenneth Helmer and Lucy; a sister.
Friends and family are asked to consider making donations to Catholic Charities, Ilion, in lieu of flowers.
