Betty J. Herringshaw Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Betty J. Herringshaw of Ilion, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Young and Ella Young (Eckert); her daughter Betty Jo; and her siblings, Edward J "Sonny", John "Jack", Jimmy, Barbara Miller, Bonnie King, Nancy Gould and Norma.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Furner (Charles) of Richfield Springs, Kathy Cole (John) of Herkimer and Joy Piscione (Ralph) of Litchfield; her siblings, Kay "Honey" Davenport, Joanne Putney, Fay Shook, Donna Frazier, Peggy Wheelock, Dick and Danny Young; and her siblings-in-law, Iva Kast, Louise Kretchmar, Sandy Buck, Judy Eckler, Kay Balch and Tommy Herringshaw.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Home (4309 Acme Rd, Ilion, NY 13357). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Millers Mills Community Baptist Church (647 Millers Mills Rd, West Winfield, NY 13491).
