He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Tayler and Mabel Tayler (Walker); his son Wayne Tayler; his daughter-in-law Susan Tayler; his brother Robert Tayler; and his siblings-in-law, Leon, June Todd and Dorothy Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Tayler (Todd); his children, Robin Tayler, Tammy Devins (Donald), Alan Tayler and Scott Tayler (Marlene); his adoptive daughter Denise McVay; his sister-in-law Sandra Lavery; his grandchildren, Samantha Brewer (Drew), Keith Tayler (Jennifer), Kyle Tayler, Donald Devins (Kelly), Sarah Devins, Adrienne Barker (Steven), Anthony Sansone (Chelsea Cimino) and Marcella Tayler (James Allen); and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Ethan Brewer, Destiny, Autumn, Xander, Riley Tayler, Isabelle Gray, Stella Barker and Dominick Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Bernie's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or The Shriner's Hospital.
