He is survived by: his parent Marcia Daz; his spouse Evelyn Leonis; his daughter-in-law Paul Daz of Ilion; his grandchildren, Amber Daz and Matthew Daz, Jr.; his wife Ruth Daz; his great grandchildren, Justin, Chelsy, Matthew, Addison, Anna, Peggy Leonis, Sam Leonis, Carol Sue Leonis, Eva Tripple and Isabelle Hameister; and also, Matthew Daz of Ilion, Maria Daz of Ilion and Michael Daz.
