He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William M. Volk and Ruth Medlar Volk; his sister Dorothy; his wife Dolores R. L'Heureux; his children, Stephen (Michelle) of Hopewell Junction, Ruth (John Recchia) of Hollowville and Barbara (Ross Mauri) of LaGrangeville; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Leighton Dixson and Cameron Ann Recchia; and also, Kimberly (Volk), Brendan (Kathryn Recchia), Brittany Recchia, Tyler (Clara Mauri), Dale Mauri and Jocelyn Volk. He was also cherished by Many cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws as well as dear friends.
