He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber J. Noonan Sr. and Violet Baker Noonan; his wife Barbara Eleanor Vogt; and his siblings, Dolores Secor, Merrilyn Pulver-Moulthrop and Franklin Noonan.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Noonan (Sarah) of Hyde Park, Cheryl Noonan of Hyde Park and Brenda Martin (Eugene) of Germantown; his grandchildren, Leah Martin of Germantown, Eugene Martin II of Germantown, Sean Noonan of Pleasant Valley, Patrick Noonan (Katie) of Minneapolis, MN and Emily Noonan of Albany; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Claire, Aubriana and Eleanor "Ellie". He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks will be required, and proper COVID safety protocol will be observed.
