She is survived by: her father Ed Desmond, Sr.; her siblings, Sharon Hare (Jeff) of Staatsburg, Ed Desmond (Renee Benzel) of Arlington, Virginia, Dawn Desmond (George Darling) of Wappingers Falls and George Desmond (Lisa Rao) of Hyde Park; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Desmond and Karen Desmond; her nieces and nephews, Amy Hare, Dan Hare, Erin Ullrich, Alyssa Desmond, Emily Desmond, Michael Desmond and Allison Desmond; and also, Ruth Lauria of Hyde Park and Vinnie "Barbarino" Arata.
