He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander F. Slavik and Gwendolyn M. Prink Slavik. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Hein (Kevin Hein) of Newburgh and Carrie Keegan (Matt Latvis) of Red Hook; his grandchildren, Michael, Dominic Coppola, Ally and Andie Keegan; and his sister Nancy Carney of Hyde Park. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
