He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Lowe and Helen M. Boyer Lowe; and his sisters, Linda and Margaret. He is survived by: his spouse Gail A. Borgos; his children, Jennifer of Hyde Park and Brendan of Hyde Park; his grandchildren, Dominick, Giavanna, Samuel, Natalia, Meaha, Caelyn, Lily, Jackson, Ryan and Violet; and his siblings, Janet, David and Roger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
