He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. O'Neill and Catherine Campbell O'Neill; his sister Patricia Anne O'Neill; and his pets, Weezie and Daisy.
He is survived by: his wife Judy L. Barclay; his sister Cathy O'Neill; his nephews, Joseph Tuck Brown III of Texas and Brendan O'Neill Brown (Renée) of Michigan; and his brother-in-law Joseph Brown (Getitia). He is also survived by loving cousins and lifelong friends.
