He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Anthony Mazzacone Sr. and Mary Catherine Moore Mazzacone. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Nemetz; his children, Richard Mazzacone, Eric Mazzacone (J. Jerome Holton), Tina Roth (Eddie) and Leah Domanski (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Maddie, Max and Elli. He is also survived by one sister; and two brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
