He is survived by: his parent Lucille Tweed (Tompkins); his wife Jennie; his grandchildren, Terri Couchman of Hyde Park, NY, Melvin J. Tweed, Jr. of Auburn, NY and Michael Tweed (Gayle) of Camp Hill, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Sally Griffin of Vails Gate, NY and Allada Lake of Washingtonville, NY. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; his siblings.
