It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. Peterson (Hyde Park, New York), born in Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mather and Frances Timpson Mather; her close friend James Shaughnessy; and her siblings, John Cotton Mather, Roberta Morano and Helen Tompkins.
She is survived by: her children, Carleton Peterson (Maria) of Poughkeepsie, Elizabeth Isaacson (Chris Valente) of Tennessee and Curt Peterson (Linda Sprague) of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Jennifer Isaacson, Dustin Holmes, Bobbi Jo, Joshua, Tiffany and Nina Peterson; and her sister Charlotte Donovan (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
