She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sheedy and Margaret Sheedy; and her brother Peter Sheedy. She is survived by: her former husband William B. Martin; her daughters, Meghan L. Martin (Chris Hutchinson) of Edmonton and Meara L. Schonmann (Blake Potrzeba); her grandchild Maeby G. Schonmann of Hyde Park; her siblings, Michael Sheedy of Hudson, Tim Sheedy (Denise) of Columbiaville, NY and Liz Van Alstyne of Columbiaville; her aunt Mary Somerville; her uncle Ray; and her brother-in-law Bruce Martin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweet's Funeral Home (4365 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY 12538). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
