The memory of Judith E. (Judy) Kowalski (Hyde Park, New York), who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Podeszedlik and Ruth Podeszedlik (Wentworth); and her son Steven Kowalski. She is survived by: her husband Pete; her children, Karin Peeling (Brett), Peter Kowalski, Jr., Ana Rodriguez and Heather Amaral; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Stephanie, Benjamin, Nathaniel, Kylie and Sophia; and her siblings, Patricia Scott and James Podeszedlik. She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sweet's Funeral Home (4365 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY 12538). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family encourages donations be made to the Dutchess County SPCA in Judy's memory.
