He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Frederick and Catherine Buczek Frederick; his brother Joseph Frederick; and his siblings-in-law, Joe DeGiacomo, John Tether and Annette Yerick.
He is survived by: his children, Julie O'Malley (Mike) of East Amherst, NY and Peter Frederick (Deb Waller-Frederick) of Newburgh; his granddaughters, Kathryn, Megan O'Malley and Riley Frederick; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Tether of Poughkeepsie and Joan DeGiacomo of New Paltz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
