Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Costello (Hyde Park, New York), born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away, on May 20, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Ferrara Costello and Dr. John M. Costello; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Richards and Elizabeth Poggiali. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Costello and Daniel Costello (Alison); his grandsons, Cooper and Bennett Costello; his sister Margaret Riemer; and his former wife Lorraine Costello. He is also survived by three nieces and six nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to Dutchess County Dental Society Community Outreach Program.

“We just heard about the passing of Dr. Costello. I remember meeting him when I was 11 years old on the recommendation of Dr. L. Lomangino. He and his father put braces on both me and my sister Lisa.
