He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Clapper and Sandra "Sam" Clapper (Morrison); and his sister Penni Clapper Hough. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Clapper (Denise) of Millerton, NY and Dawn LaRock of Dover Plains, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
