We bid farewell to Jeanne Ann Albertson of Hyde Park, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 9, 2025 at the age of 82. Jeanne Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jeanne Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Staring and Pauline Staring (Cheney); and her brother David Staring (Dorothy Dreyer). She is survived by: her husband Peter A. Albertson; her children, Paula Jeanne Albertson (Kate Monahan) of Apex and Mark Edward Albertson (Tara) of Staatsburg; and her granddaughters, Brittany Albertson and Shaun Papesca. She is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweet's Funeral Home (4365 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY 12538). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Coeli Church (2 Harvey St, Hyde Park, NY 12538).
