He is survived by: his wife Sharon M. Sackett; his children, James H. Chapman Jr., Dale A. Chapman (Maria), Jaime L. Chapman (Scott Grasso) and Jacqueline M. Chapman; his grandchildren, Patrick H. Wood III, James Wood, Matthew A. Grasso, Sophia L. Grasso and Adriana Harriet Chapman; and his brothers, David (Bonnie Chapman Sr.) and Richard (Cheryl Chapman Sr.).
