Van Leuven; her children, Karen Van Leuven, Michael Van Leuven (Cynthia Secor) and Colleen Van Leuven-Lewis (Jeff); her grandchildren, Daniel Van Leuven (Sarah Nieves) and Elayna Van Leuven (Marissa); her great grandchildren, Hasbrouck and Hailey Van Leuven; her sister Donna Fairbairn (John); and her aunt Ada Reed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
