She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ackooy and Ingeborg Van Ackooy; and her brother Henry Van Ackooy Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Bob Cappellini; her children, Robert Cappellini (Kathi) of Gainesville, VA, Lori of Hyde Park and Michael Cappellini of Hyde Park; and her sisters, Sharon Fallon of Holly Springs, NC, Cindy Avery of Fuquay Varina, NC and Karen Jacoby of Cary, NC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; along with extended family and friends.
