He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Neville Sr. and Dorothy Turner Neville. He is survived by: his wife Joan Ballien Neville; his sons, Jeffrey Neville of Hyde Park, NY and Eric Neville (Marla) of Poughkeepsie, NY; his siblings, Ronald Neville, Michael Neville (Cindy) of Florida and Shirley Traver (Dave); his grandchildren, Casey Halton (Brett), Claire and Sonny Neville; and his great grandchildren, Addy and Juni Halton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
