With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Lysenko of Hyde Park, New York, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gloria Lysenko to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Nelsen and Hanne Aanonsen Nelsen; her spouse Wasyl "Bill" Lysenko; and her siblings, Harriet, Agnes, Mabel, Henry and Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Lysenko (Patty) of Hyde Park and Donna Rider (Ed Flanagan) of Hyde Park; her grandsons, D. J. Lysenko (Rebecca) of Poughkeepsie and Billy Lysenko (Emily Pina) of Hyde Park; her stepgranddaughter Sammie Hover; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Amyah Mima of Hyde Park. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
