Elfriede Marie Schreyer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elfriede Marie Schreyer of Hyde Park, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Mader and Maria Goldinger Mader; and her brother Günther Mader. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra K. Schreyer of Boynton Beach, FL and Corina M. Schreyer of Poughkeepsie; her sister Hildegard Vanderploeg (Harold) of New Jersey; her nephew Donn; her nieces, Tina Vanderploeg, Doris Bläuel and Karin Lenthe; and her cousins, Dagmar Neugebauer and Lötte Hofer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Sweet's Funeral Home (4365 Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park, NY 12538). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Coeli Church (2 Harvey St, Hyde Park, NY 12538).
