Hayes of Hyde Park, New York, born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Hayes and Irene J. Hayes; his wife Barbara E. Jaycox; and his siblings, Richard Hayes, Charles Hayes and Jean Morabito.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Hayes of Poughkeepsie, Felicia Ritters of Hyde Park, Colleen Berrian (Robert) of Hyde Park, Jaime Vincent (Steven) of Dover Plains and James P. Hayes of Elizaville; his daughter-in-law Lisa Hagadorn of Germantown; his grandchildren, Steven Vincent (Amanda), Matt Sabia (Briana), Chris Ritters (Jacqueline), Devin Berrian (Emily), Alyse Ritters (Matt Kennedy), William Vincent (Danielle), Megan Berrian (Jake DiBlasi), Allison Hall (Ryan), Elyssa Dallen (David), Marisa, Kaycee Hayes and Corey Mund; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Breanna, Connor, Amelia, Oliver, Rhett, Ryder, Jack, Mason, Mackenzie, Noah, Abby, Bailey, Abe, Robert and Laah; his brothers, Jerry Hayes (Mary) and Jack Hayes of Arizona; and his sister-in-law Margaret Hayes of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
