He is survived by: his wife Kathy DuPilka; his children, Michael, Paige and Austin; his mother Barbara DuPilka; his siblings, Susan Ugricich (Benito) and Steven Ringwood (Donna); his nephews, Steven and Shawn; his parents-in-law, Sharon and George Connors; his sister-in-law Donna Geick (Rich); and also, Jillian, Lindsey, Courtney, Trevor, Justin Way and Jacob Geick. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
David's family are not asking for memorial donations but hope you pay tribute to his spirit by turning that song on the radio up a little louder and having a laugh with someone you love.
