He was predeceased by: his parents, Sullie Hite and Annie Gutshall Hite. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Hite of Monroe, Nancy Austin of Monroe, John Gaal (Darlene) of Port Ewen, Joanne Reynaud of Ulster Park and Christine Knapp (Ron) of Poughkeepsie; and his sister Mildred Pells of Clinton Corners.

Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Foundation, 374 Violet Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
