He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert MacBrien and Ruth Butler MacBrien; and his sister Mabel Meade (Brad). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hungerford; his children, James M. MacBrien (Karen), Lewis A. MacBrien Sr. (Terri) and Janice L. Preston (C. Jay); his grandchildren, Jillian L. Perry, Lewis A. MacBrien Jr., Taylor M. MacBrien, Tiffany E. Grand, Shana E. Grand and Jeffrey D. Grand; and his great grandchildren, Lylah, Aliza, Ella, Christopher, James, Jake and Jackson.
