With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ada Marie Reed (Hyde Park, New York), born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cole and Mary Gertrude Cole (Frazier); her siblings, Charles, Donald, Daniel, Warren, Loretta, Vera, Marian and Helen; her stepson Richard Reed; her granddaughter Terri Collins; her nieces, Jackie VanLeuvan and Joyce Murphy; and her husband Stanley'Nook'Reed.
She is survived by: her daughter Ferol McDermott (Kevin) of Goshen; her stepson Robert Reed (Patricia) of Jacksonville, Florida.; her grandchildren, Connor McDermott (Katie Karen), Nolan McDermott and Sheila Casey (Roger); her nieces and nephews, Joanne Whitt, Donna Fairbain, Margaret Ann Rauchet, Michael Mycek and Howard Reed; her great grandchildren, Ashley Goletz (Jeff), Steffanie and Katlyn Casey; and her great great grandchild Mason Goletz.
