She is survived by: her children, Michael Makofsky (Mona) and Bonnie Makofsky (Les Witherel); her grandchildren, Nicholas Makofsky and Meredith Meadows (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Christian Makofsky, Isabella, Ilana Mesa and Isla Meadows. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
