She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo H. Hubert and Dolores Hubert (Tritta). She is survived by: her husband Bernd "Bernie" Woloszczak; her children, Bernd "Chip" Woloszczak and Heidi Woloszczak (Joseph); her brother Bud Hubert (Lynn Hubert); her son Peter Hubert (Cheryl Hubert); her grandchild Kris Hubert (Nicole Hubert); and her sister Rory Kahn (Barney Kahn). She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
