She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Boice Sr. and Elinor Jane Boice (Shaw); her husband Richard P. Ruth Jr.; and her siblings, Lewis, Roger, Myron "Mike" Boice Jr., Eleanor Leedecke, Anna McGinnis and Ida Bogert.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Jansen (Craig), Theresa Ruth (Ernie Mossl), Richard P. Ruth III and James Ruth (Linda).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hurley Reformed Church (11 Main St, Hurley, NY 12443). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Hurley Cemetery (69-91 Zandhoek Rd, Hurley, NY 12443).
