He was predeceased by: his grandfather Hurley of Mary's Avenue Campus; and his parents, Robert Fiore, Sr. and Patricia Fiore. He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Fiore (Deafonta); his siblings, Paul Fiore and Midge Fiore (Tracy); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Gilpatric (Heather), Max Schneller (Brooke), Mary Schneller (Luke), Anya (PJ) and Sydney Tomaseski (Seth).

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. (27 Smith Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
