He is survived by: his wife Janet Giustiniani Hajba (Church); his children, Dave Hajba (Tracey), Gary Hajba (Chiharu), Thomas Hajba and Janet Reyes-Milan (Benny); and his grandchildren, Maddisyn Hajba, Troy Hajba, Tiffany Hajba, Janessa Reyes and Jacob Reyes.
