He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Newkirk; and his sister Susan Newkirk. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Newkirk (Seymour) of Rifton; his son Joseph Newkirk (Sage) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Austin, Nathaniel, Garrett and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Daniel Newkirk (Marcia) of Hurley and Trisha Graff (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
