He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pece and Marian Pece of Hurley; his brother Milan Pece of Indiana; and his brother-in-law John Viano (Donna Catanzaro Viano) of Poughkeepsie, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Pece (Viano); his son Brian L. Pece (Pamela) of New Paltz; his grandchildren, Tyler Pece (Gianna), Dr. Sydney Pece, Jared, Logan and Delaney Pece; his son Anthony I. Pece (Karol); his siblings-in-law, Anita (Nina), Bruce Craddock of Florida, Michealia (Mickey) and Doug Craddock of Florida; and his friends, Barry and Judy Greco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
