He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lee and Mabel Lee. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee of Hurley; his daughters, Terri Lee of Port Ewen and Cherie Lee of Saugerties; his stepson Gary Kremer of Ulster Park; and his grandchildren, Michael "Mike" Kelly (Dominique "Niki) of Kingston, Miranda Weinberger of Kingston, Marc Weinberger (Shannon Angot) of Port Ewen, Vivienne, Rowan, Eleanor Kelly, Dominick, Derek and Dean Weinberger.
