He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Jones; his parents, DeWitt and Maude; and his brother Henry. He is survived by: his sisters, Katie Rider (Jay) and Margaret Ayasse (late Charlie); and his son Richard Oakley (Deborah). He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local VFW or the SPCA in the honor of Donald Oakley.
