He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waters and Margaret Waters; his brother-in-law David; and his niece Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Laura (Mark) and Timothy (Katie); his grandchildren, Jack, Victoria, Julianna, Donovan, Matthew, Collin, Ryan, Cassidy, Shae and Ainsley; his sister Barbara (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Waters, Jane Waters, Mary Nigro, Ellen Uffelmann-Knipfing and John Knoblich; and his son Johnny (Amy). He is also survived by 3 children, a daughter in law, a grandson and a granddaughter, his wife, children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
