She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Dean and Reva Dean; and her sisters, Nancy Combs of Reynoldsville, Dora Bush (Bill), Velma Teeter (Don), Ruthie Hammond (Merv) and Fay Combs.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Simmons of Interlaken; and her children, Jeff Teeter (Laura) of Interlaken, Gary Teeter of Ovid, Victoria Post of Ovid and Nancy Neal-Buisch (Chuck) of Lawndale, NC. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
