Though Connie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Connie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Carlos Ohlbaum; her children, Eileen Cortez (Vinny), Charles Ohlbaum (Cheryl), Jose Vasquez (Debbie) and Andrew Ohlbaum (Angela); and her grandchildren, Clarissa, Brandon, Kelsey, Manny Olivia and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the A. L. Jacobsen Funeral Home, Inc. (1380 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY 11746). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the St. Hugh of Lincoln R. C. Church (21 E 9th St, Huntington Station, NY 11746).
