He was predeceased by: his wife Kay. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jim (Kathleen Massey-Blaney), Shannon (Nazar Bezanyuk), Brendan, Jack, Margaret, Cathy (Ken Elsasser), Dylan, Lisa (Jim Baker), Jessica, Isabelle, Abigail, Eleanor, Karen (Rob Holm), Carly, Eric and Bernadette; his niece Janice; and his daughters, Beth and Angela (Anthony Baker). He is also survived by his four children, their spouses.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernie's name are welcome to the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy.
