She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mariano Araujo; her sons, Jason Chavez Ramirez, Andy Flores and Alex Bautista; her mother Maria Del Carmen Cuadra; her siblings, Helin Ramirez, Glorilando Chavez, Sabdiel Alfaro, Evelyn Ramero and Arbela; her godparents, Emily Loyos (Manuel) and Juan Cuadra; and her pet Kira.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the A. L. Jacobsen Funeral Home, Inc. (1380 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY 11746). A reception was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Huntington Rural Cemetery (555 New York Ave, Huntington, NY 11743).
