He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Carlberg (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Paulsen; his children, Marleny Paulsen, Jeanine Stuyvesant (Peter), Cody Paulsen (Kelly) and Timothy Paulsen (HeeJu); his grandchildren, Melissa, Jayden, Richard, Silas and Henry; and his siblings, Pat Paulsen, Joe Paulsen and Robert Paulsen (Laura).
