It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Douglas Paulsen of Huntington Station, New York, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Carlberg (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Paulsen; his children, Marleny Paulsen, Jeanine Stuyvesant (Peter), Cody Paulsen (Kelly) and Timothy Paulsen (HeeJu); his grandchildren, Melissa, Jayden, Richard, Silas and Henry; and his siblings, Pat Paulsen, Joe Paulsen and Robert Paulsen (Laura).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. L. Jacobsen Funeral Home, Inc. (1380 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY 11746). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Presbyterian Church (240 Main St, Huntington, NY 11743). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
