He was predeceased by: his child Susannah Ryan. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Sanin, Sean Ryan, Ben Ryan, Elisabeth Weiss and Meaddows Ryan; and his children-in-law, Jairo Sanin, Lisa Ryan and Jonathan Weiss (Nina Cohen). He is also survived by grandchildren, two sisters, three brothers in law, many nieces and nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the M. A. Connell Funeral Home Inc. (934 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY 11746). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Heifer International or World Central Kitchen, as the cause of eradicating poverty and hunger were near and dear to Phil's giant heart.
