He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Slutzky and Ethel Slutzky (Phillips); and his granddaughter Emma Olivia Ginsburg. He is survived by: his family Gary; his wife Barbara Slutzky (Biegel); his siblings, Carol Slutzky-Tenerowicz (Peter) and Paul Slutzky (Amy); his children, Michelle Byrne (Jimmy), Jamie Grant (Meg), Meghan Ginsburg (Gary), Jake Slutzky and Shana Pellitteri (Morgan); and his grandchildren, James Kevin Wiltse, Paige Byrne, Brooke Byrne, James Grant, Molly Grant, Eitan Ginsburg, Amirah Ginsburg, Ari Pellitteri and Jonah Pellitteri. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
