He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram A. Kemp and Dorothy Rich Kemp; and his brother David Kemp. He is survived by: his spouse Oleath Hull; his children, Ruth Schrock (Dean) of Vancouver, WA, Esther Howe (Steve) of Hunt, George Kemp (Sharron) of Eden, NC and Paul Kemp (Rebecca) of Livonia; and his siblings, Kathy Ahmod (Zafar) of New Jersey, Winifred Austin of New Jersey and Gordon Kemp (Rita) of Campbell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 12:50 PM at the Portageville Community Baptist Church (6668 Pike St, Portageville, NY 14536).
