She is survived by: her sons, Scott Smith of Montville, OH, Brett Smith of Hunt and Todd Smith (Kim) of Enterprise, AL; her grandchildren, Jeremey, Andrew, Michael and Caroline; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Harley.
