He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Laurie Belford; his mother Deborah White of Short Tract; his children, Ashley Belford (Dustin France) of Arcade, Jessie Belford (Lisa Adamo) of Niagara Falls and Michael Belford of Batavia; and his grandchildren, Haylee, Rylie, Hunter and Emma France. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, his family and his beloved dogs.
